Intro
Overview
A chit fund isn't run by one person. It's run by a head office, regional franchises, regional managers and individual agents, and each of them has a different job.
On Foxl Chits Fund, all four work inside one platform, and all of it is financial data. This page is about how we decided who sees what.

02
Challenge
Challenge: See What You Need, Nothing You Don't
Give everyone the same screen and you get two problems. An agent could come across figures meant for head office. And head office would have to wade through detail that only matters to an agent.
In a financial platform, the first one isn't a usability problem. It's a risk.
The challenge was to separate who can see and do what, without splitting the business into four disconnected systems.

Solution
Solution: Four Levels, One Platform
We built four levels of access and tied each one to a real role: head office, regional franchises, regional managers and agents. Each level sees its own information and can take its own actions. Everything else stays out of view.
All four work on the same platform, so the business keeps one source of truth instead of four separate views that drift apart.
The rule was simple: see what you need, nothing you don't.
04
KEY FEATURES
Key Features: Who Sees What
Head Office: The full picture across the organisation.
Regional Franchises: Their own franchise and the teams under it.
Regional Managers: Their own region and the agents in it.
Agents: Their own members and groups.
These permission descriptions must be verified against the actual Foxl platform before publishing. Do not invent additional access controls or functionality.
05
THE OUTCOME
Outcome: Clear Roles, Live Platform
The four-level structure runs on the live platform at foxlchits.com. Each person who logs in sees the part of the business that is theirs.
In a financial platform, who can see what isn't a feature. It's the foundation.
